Seal the lateral dummy screw
and the cylinder head screw
with Modelsil Silicone Modelling
Putty (REF 72.000.821.03).

Pull a soaked PVA film (REF
70.28x.xxx.xx) over the model.
Tie the film off along the notch
positioned distal of the funnel
on the lock body.
Tipp: To do this, you can
remove the lateral screw.
It will have to be screwed
back in once the PVA film
has been tied off (left-hand
thread!). (Fig. 9)

Firmly tie off any excess
film distal of the notch of
the lock body funnel. If
necessary, glue the film
down in this area. Then
cut the film off. (Fig. 10)

Apply the reinforcement.
Tie off every lamination layer
along the notches on the
lock body. (Fig. 11)
