HDMI to SCART Converter and Scaler
The HDMI to SCART converter will convert digital HDMI video and audio signal from a
DVD player, Blu-Ray player, etc. to a SCART signal ready for use with a TV, monitor,
projector, etc. This enables new devices to be used with old displays.

Instructions:

1. Use the HDMI cable to connect the HDMI output device (DVD player, Blu-Ray
player, etc.) to the HDMI input on the converter.
2. Use the SCART cable to connect the SCART output of the converter to the
SCART input of the display (TV, monitor, projector, etc.).
3. Use the PAL/NTSC switch on the converter to select CVBS output format
according to requirement.
4. Connect the converter to the DC power adapter, insert the plug in the socket.
