SCART to HDMI Video Converter and Scaler
This universal SCART To HDMI converter is for analog SCART input to HDMI 1080p
(60Hz) output, enabling you to connect an older device with a SCART output to a HDMI
monitor, projector or TV.
Kit Contents:
• SCART to HDMI converter.
• 5V DC 1A power adapter.
• User manual.
Features:
• No need to install drivers.
• Provide advanced signal upscaling to ensure good precision, colours,
resolutions, and detail.
• Supports PAL, NTSC3.58. NTSC4.43, SECAM, PAL/M, PAL/N standard TV formats
input.
• Supports HDMI 1080p or 720p output.
Instructions:
1. Connect the device with the SCART output (CCTV, DVD player, VCR etc.) to the
SCART input of the converter.
2. From the converters HDMI output connect to the HDMI Monitor or TV.
3. Plug the power supply into the converter and plug it into the mains. Always do
the video connections before powering the converter.
Problem Solutions
No Power Check if the power supply is inserted into the power socket and the wall
power switch is turned on.
No Sound/
1. Confirm sound channels are working on output device.
Abnormal
2. Confirm the output device audio is in the supported standard

mono/stereo format.
3. Confirm the amplifier/TV set volume is not muted.
No Picture/
1. Please make sure the signal source and the TV are turned on and

3. Reboot to reset EDID.
