ASSEMBLY
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, turn unit

off and disconnect machine from power source
before installing and removing accessories,
before adjusting or changing set-ups or when
making repairs. Be sure the rocker switch is in
the OFF position. An accidental start-up can
cause injury.
Cutter Bit Assembly (Fig B)
Wearing protective gloves while fitting and changing router
bits is recommended.
1. Reverse the unit;
2. Use wrench #10mm (16) to lock the spindle (4),
meanwhile anticlockwise rotate wrench #17mm (17) to
release the collet nut (6);
3.Take out the collet nut (6) and replace the collet (5) if
required;
4. Insert the shaft of cutter bit in the collet (5) then tighten
the collet nut (6) by wrench #10 (16) and wrench #17 (17);
5. Apply the reverse procedure to remove the cutter bit.
