Cold brew
Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
½ cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup cold brew
¼ cup of oat milk (or milk of your choice)
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:

In a mason jar or small bowl, add the oats, cold brew, milk, protein powder, and chia
seeds. Place the lid on the mason jar and give it a shake (or stir if you're using a bowl).
Place the mixture in the fridge to chill overnight and enjoy in the morning.
