Fitting into a worktop
The portable induction hob can be inset into
a typical kitchen worktop, so long as the
following guides are considered:
Aperture required is 27cm x 50cm
Allow adequate space/ventilation (well vented
15cm gap) to the underside all round, special
consideration must also be given to the North
and South side air vents
work surface, ensure the angle is cut at 45°
to maximise the air flow. See Diagram A.
Ensure no ferrous (magnetic) metal is
placed within 15cm under the hob.
We do not advice using a silicone
mastic to seal the hob in place, simply
allow gravity to hold it in place.
