    Before starting the equipment, make sure that the brush is inside the duct to be cleaned. Be careful to place your EON on a smooth and stable surface. Lock the brakes on the front wheels to keep the machine stable while working.

    EON is a machine for cleaning both circular ducts, with diameters of 200-600mm, and rectangular ducts. The ducts can be for smoke extraction, chimneys or even air conditioning installations. Suitable accessories must be provided for each duct.

    Remote control: Operate the timer on the EON brushing machine so that its Timer rotary movement lasts for the selected time. Operate the motor of the EON planing machine so that its Left Turn rotational movement is counterclockwise.

  • Page 16 Steps for a correct installation of your EON: Fitting your EON: Place your EON on a smooth and stable surface. Once the machine is in an optimal position for the work to be carried out, lock the brakes on the rear wheels so that the machine remains stable.
  • Page 17 Connecting your EON to IFOAM COMPACT equipment: The EON equipment must be used in combination with the IFOAM equipment for its operation. This connection is made by means of the low pressure hose incorporated in the IFOAM unit.
  • Page 18 Brush assembly: The head of your EON is designed taking into account the possibility of incorporating special brushes to make the work more efficient and comfortable. These brushes are only supplied by Teinnova. Fit the first retaining disc as shown in the figure.

  • Page 20 Montaje del centrador: Mount the body of the centring device on the hose end of your EON as shown in the figure and fix it with two knobs. For ducts from 300 to 500mm, place the centring device at 470mm, as shown in the image, so that the work is done properly.
  • Page 21 Unlock the hose reel brake: Unlock the reel brake of your EON as shown in the figure. Once the reel is released, release the necessary metres to place the brush inside the duct and start working. Remember not to operate the brush when it is outside the duct as this may cause damage to persons or objects.

    By means of the control panel on the HMI screen, the function to be performed is selected. Depending on the function selected, the LED on the unit changes colour. Switching on the equipment: Switch on your EON by pressing the on/off button. The LED strip will turn green, dimming up and down, and the main display will turn on.
  • Page 23 operating instructions Turn the brush to the left: To activate the left-hand brush rotation, press the icon , which will light up green. The LED strip will light up progressively, in green, from right to left, remaining in continuous movement. Turn the brush to the right: To activate the clockwise rotation of the brush, press the icon which will light up green.

Here you select the time, from 10 to 60 seconds, in which the brush will change direction. Once selected, press the icon on the screen again and the brush will start to rotate to the right.

The knob must be used to select the function, and then the icons will light up and the LED strip will change according to the selected function.

The LED strip will turn green in colour, with increasing and decreasing intensity, thus remaining in standby mode. Select automatic mode: To activate the automatic mode, press the icon , which appears on the remote control at the same time as the unlocking button.

    Warnings and settings of your EON equipment: Proaxis system: This system is used to protect the shaft against breakage, blocking its operation. A screen like the one in the picture will appear and the LED strip will turn red.

    Steps for a correct shutdown of your EON: Switching off the equipment: Turn off your EON by pressing the on/off button. The LED strip will turn off. Emergency stop: If a dangerous situation arises, the emergency stop button must be pressed and the device will stop immediately.

It is a degreaser especially indicated for cleaning, sanitising and deodorising areas particularly dirty with grease and burnt residues in installations and materials in the food industry such as meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, restaurants, dairies, etc.

It should be placed in its normal working position (vertical) and the brakes on the rear wheels should be applied. It is not advisable to place the machine on a transport pallet or similar.

    Keep the equipment as clean as possible, storing it in a place protected from the weather. After you have finished using your EON equipment it is important to clean the liquid circuit of the equipment by rinsing. Keeping the equipment stored with chemicals in the internal ducts of the machine can reduce the life of the components.
