Your ASUS VivoWatch 5 AERO automatically tracks
your sleep pattern activities and displays them on
this screen. Swipe down from the Home screen and
scroll to Sleep.
Here you can view your sleep data, such as the total
sleep time, the percentage you were awake, in REM,
or deep sleep.
