Q1: Which devices can this SO/PPS500W portable power station support?
A: AC output: Rated 500W; DC output: 12V/10A (120W max)
Q2: Does SO/PPS500W Power Station support pass through charging?
A: Yes, this SO/PPS500W Power Station support pass through charging, you can use all other
outputs while charging.
Note: The PD 100W cannot be used when you recharge the power station with DC input
(PD cable not included).
Q3: Does the product have a power saving function?
A: Yes, our power station has a power saving function:
For the AC output, when the output power is less than 3W, the AC output
will shut down automatically after 8 hours.
For the DC output, when the output is less than 50mAh, the DC output will shut down
automatically after 4 hours.
For the USB output, when the output is less than 30mAh, the USB output will shut down
automatically after 30 seconds.
Q4: How to remove the button beep?
A: Long press AC button for 3-5 seconds to turn o , then long press AC button for 3-5
seconds to turn on.

1. Do not short circuit the product. To avoid short-circuiting, keep the product away
from all metal objects.
2. Do not heat the product, or dispose of it in re, water or other liquids. Keep it away from high
ambient temperature. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight.

10. When fully charged, disconnect the product from the power source immediately.
11. If you are not going to use this product for a long time, please disconnect the cable before
storing it away.
12. To charge some portable electronic device, you may need to set those devices in charge
mode rst. Refer to the corresponding user manual of those devices for con rmation.
