MACHINE MAINTENANCE

WARNING: maintenance must be carried out with the machine disconnected from the power supply and from the
vehicle. We recommend the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with law provisions concerning
health and safety at work.
22.1. Cleaning the body of the machine
Clean the body of the machine with non-aggressive and non-abrasive products such as, for example, neutral soaps or surface
cleaning agents. DO NOT use solvents, they can damage the paint.
22.2. Maintenance of the pump
The cleaning agents present in the INJECTION SYSTEM PURGE, DIESEL SYSTEM PURGE and AIR INTAKE products are very
strong. In the case of prolonged contact, they can corrode the electrical components of the pump.
In the case of prolonged contact with the air, the products can form a viscous film on the surface. This could negatively affect the
functioning of the pump.
Consequently, we recommend that you empty the pump and tanks after each treatment using the PURGE function
22.3. Maintenance of the quick-release couplings
The quick-release couplings contain moving parts. The movement of these parts can cause wear on metals and gaskets.
Consequently, the quick-release couplings must be replaced after a certain period of time.
The following factors reduce the life of the quick-release couplings:
1. The number of times the couplings are connected and disconnected.
2. Cleaning product that remains in prolonged contact with the couplings. This fluid oxidises and forms a viscous film.
3. Atmospheric attacks: water, salt, acids attack the metals. Dust and dirt can cause abrasions to the moving parts.
4. How can these problems be avoided?
• Always leave the two PRESSURE and RETURN pipes attached to the machine.
• Do not expose the machine to external agents such as rain, salty air, etc.
• Keep the machine clean as described in the paragraph "MAINTENANCE OF THE PUMP".
• Lubricate the quick-release couplings before use in the case of long periods of inactivity.
• In the case of problems of hardening of the quick-release couplings, they can be released and lubricated by spraying a specific
lubricant and release agent.
• The connections are treated with a layer of silicone that can be restored using a SILICONE LUBRICANT spray.
DISPOSAL
The 2-IN-1 MACHINE FOR CLEANING INJECTORS AND INTAKE MANIFOLD must be disposed of in accordance with law
provisions applicable in the country of use.
Disposal of the fluids
The disposal of the fluid residues must be assessed based on the applicable law provisions and in accordance with the indications
given in the Safety Datasheet (SDS).

WARRANTY

This tool is manufactured and tested in accordance with current EU regulations. It is covered by a 12-month warranty for
professional use or a 24-month warranty for nonprofessional use.
We will repair any breakdowns caused by material or manufacturing defects by fixing the de- fective pieces or replacing them at
our discretion.
Should assistance be required once or several times during the warranty period, the expiry date of this warranty will remain
unchanged.

This warranty will not cover defects due to wear, misuse or breakdowns caused by blows and/or falls. In addition, this warranty
will no longer be valid if any changes are made, or if the tool is damaged or sent to the customer service in pieces, or when it is
improperly used in the "FORCED START" and "MEMORY SAVER" modes
This warranty explicitly excludes any damage to people and/or things, whether direct or consequential.
