BLADE TUMBLER CYLINDER – SERIES H10
Using standard commercial retainer (non-key retaining feature)
DISASSEMBLY OF PADLOCK
1.
Insert key and rotate clockwise to open shackle.
2.
Rotate shackle to expose shackle hole.
3.
Using a flat blade screwdriver, remove the retaining screw that is at the bottom of the
exposed shackle hole.
4.
Rotate key counterclockwise approximately 30 degrees.

Use key to remove the cylinder assembly.
7.
Close shackle and hold in position.
8.
Using needle nose pliers, grip retainer.
9.
While holding onto the lockbody and shackle, remove retainer.

Remove the two ball bearings.

Shackle and shackle spring can not be removed due to the shackle retaining pin being pressed
in place.
12.
Remove cylinder retaining pin.
