13. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Problem
The coffee is not hot.

Possible cause
The machine must be descaled.
The softener filter is exhausted.
The inside of the machine is very
dirty.
The milk container was inserted in
the machine for + 20 min
Request for a milk drink for the
first time
Possible cause
A low coffee temperature is set.
The cups were not preheated.
The machine has cooled down
because some time passed since
the last coffee was made.
The machine must be descaled
Action
Press DESCALE to start descaling
Follow the instructions on the dis-
play and follow the procedure
Follow the instructions on the dis-
play to replace or remove the filter.
Follow the instructions in section
"Water softener filter".
Clean the inside of the machine
thoroughly, as described in the
section "Cleaning". If the message
is still displayed after cleaning,
contact Customer Services.
Remove the milk container from the
machine and place it in the fridge
Follow the instructions on the

Warm the cups with hot water using
the dedicated key on the display
