When you meet the following problems in service, please refer to the following answers to solve it. If the problems still exist,
please contact with your suppliers.
Problem Description
After D-Link dongle is plugged in for the
first time, the device can not appear as a
virtual CDROM.
After D-Link dongle is plugged in, the UI
program doesn't run automatically.
There is no signal indicated.
Possible Causes
The D-Link dongle is affected by the
program installed before.
The system configuration is incorrect.
1. You are in a place where there is no
GSM/ GPRS /EDGE /WCDMA
/HSDPA(HSUPA) network coverage. Such
places include underground parking
garages, tunnels, and some remote rural
areas.
2. D-Link dongle is not properly
connected.
3. The SIM/USIM card isn't inserted
properly.

Problem Solution
If you have previously installed a version
of the program, please uninstall it
completely.
Please open the UI program manually.
You can find it in "Applications" folder.
1. Change location to find a good place
where having signal.
2. Close the software safely as usual, pull
out the device and reinsert it again.
3. Remove and reinsert the SIM/USIM
card correctly.
