Settings (Menu 4)
At the start screen, select
Settings > Call settings
answer and press Select
and press Select.

Automatic redial

Occasionally, your network may
experience heavy traffic, resulting in
a "fast" busy signal when you dial.
With automatic redial activated,
your phone redials the number up to
10 times, and notifies you once the
network is available.
At the start screen, select
Settings > Call settings
Automatic redial >
press Select.

Speed dialling

You can activate or deactivate Speed
dialling. For more information, see
"Set up Speed dials" on page

Automatic service update

Your phone is capable of receiving
updates to wireless services sent to
your phone by your service provider.
At the start screen, select
Settings > Call settings >
Automatic service update >
On or Off and press Select.

Calling card

If you wish to use a calling card for
long distance calls, you can first save
your calling card information into
your phone. Your phone is equipped
to handle up to four calling cards.

SAVING CALLING CARD
INFORMATION
1 Press Menu, and select Settings,
Call settings and
2 Type in the security code and
press OK.
3 Select the desired Card (Card
A - D) and press
activate the card.
4 Select Edit to create or change a
card.
5 Scroll to one of the three
sequence types as described
below, then press Select.
• Access no.+ phone no.+
card no.
Dial access number, then
phone number, then card
number .
• Access no.+ card no.+
phone no.
Dial access number, then
card number, then phone
number.
• Prefix+ phone no.+ card
no.
Dial the prefix (any numbers
that must precede the
phone number) and phone
number want to dial, then
card number.
6 Enter the required information
(access number or prefix and
card number) and press OK.
