1.1 Responsibility of the user for system configuration and
functionality
The function modules described here have been developed to carry out communication tasks as
part of a plant or machine. The function modules for AS-Interface are available for direct start,
reversing start and star-delta (wye-delta) start.
Siemens AG, its regional offices, and associated companies (hereinafter referred to as
