6. To end the call, press and hold the Escape button or wait six
seconds for the call to disconnect automatically.
Note: When you speak to a group, your call is received by all members of the
group at the same time. Only one member of the group can speak at one
time.
Make a Direct Connect® or Group Connect™ call to a
contact in your address book
1. Open the address book. The Find screen appears.
2. Type the first letters of a contact. Contacts that start with those
letters appear.
3. Select a contact for whom you have saved a DC# or talk group
number.
4. Press the PTT™ button. The Call in Use screen appears.
5. Press and hold the PTT™ button to speak to your contact or
group.
6. Release the PTT™ button to listen to your contact or group.
7. To end the call, press and hold the Escape button or wait six
seconds for the call to disconnect automatically.

the phone screen
1. Click the Phone icon. The Phone screen appears.
2. Select a contact for whom you have saved a DC# or talk group
number.
3. Press the PTT™ button. The Call In Use screen appears.
4. Press and hold the PTT™ button to speak to your contact or
group.
5. Release the PTT™ button to listen to your contact or group.
