3. Procedure
The procedure is the same as "B. Improved unit for high frequency interference (1)" other than "3-2.
Attaching the microphone bushing" and "3-3. Attaching the cord clamp".
3-2. Attaching the microphone bushing
Apply the adhesive agent (Locktite (Prism 403) or equivalent) between the edge of the coating of
the microphone cable and the point about 30-35 mm from the edge (Fig. 37), and the side of the
heat shrinkable tube (Fig. 38), and attach the microphone bushing.
At that time, the cut of the microphone bushing by the side of #4pin. (shown in red circle of Fig.
39)

About 30 - 35mm from the edge of the connector
terminal.
Apply the adhesive agent to whole circumference of
the microphone cable and the heat shrinkable tubes.
3-3. Attaching the cord clamp
The cord clamp would not be used for "C. Improved unit for high frequency interference (2)".
4. Operation check
4-1. Procedure
[Connector side]
Hold the connector, clamp the bushing of the connector side and rotate it two or three times.
[Capsule side]
Hold the capsule, clamp the bushing of the capsule side, and bend it at right under the bushing by
90 degrees right and left two or three times.
4-2. Specifications
A sound is not interrupted and a sound noise does not occur.
