CHECKING CONTENTS
Check
all
partsagainst
parts list
and illustrations
on
this
assembly
sheet. If
parts
are missing
or
damaged, do not attempt to
assem-
ble or use stand until all missing/damaged parts are obtained and
are installed correctly.

ASSEMBLY
Stand
Assemble front and rear stand sections by inserting
bolts
through
Legs
(REF
1) and
then
through Top
(REF
2)
and
Lower (REF 3) Front and Rear Angle pieces. The angle pieces
must
be
inside legs with flanges facing up. Install
Flat Washer
(REF
7)
and
Hex Nut
(REF
8) on
each
Carriage Bolt
(REF 6)
and finger tighten.
Assemble Top
(REF
4) and Lower
(REF
5) End angles to
the
front and rear stand sections. Angles
mUSt
be inside
legs.
Install flat washer and hex nut on each carriage bolt and finger
tighten
.

To mount Jointer-Planer to stand
Place
Flat Washer
(REF
10) on Cap Screw
(REF 9)
and insert
down through mounting hole
in
Jointer-Planer
base.
Slip
end
of bolt through mounting hole in
stand.
Install Flat
Washer
(REF
10), Lockwasher
(REF 11),
and Hex Nut
(REF
12) onto
Cap Screw and tighten from
underside
After tool
is mounted
to stand
at
all
four
corners,
shift legs
and
angles
as needed to adjust for floor irregularities. Tighten
all
fasteners
after final adjustments.
When
possible, mount stand
permanently to floor using mounting holes in base of stand
legs
