Using Your Electric Knife
WARNING: Always ensure both blades are locked into Motor Housing
securely before using.
The blades are extremely sharp. Always handle by the side opposite the
cutting edge, or by the Blade Guards
1.
Push and hold the Lock/Unlock Safety Switch forward to the Unlock
position (Figure 6).
2.
Press and hold the On/Off Button as you cut, keeping blades perpendicular
to the cutting surface.
3.
The Lock/Unlock Safety Switch will automatically hold in the Unlock
position during operation.
4. To stop, release On/Off Button. The Lock/Unlock Safety Switch will return
to the Lock position automatically.

The Blue Indicator Light will illuminate during operation (Figure 7). The
knife will operate for approximately 20 minutes when fully charged.
During operation, the Blue Indicator Light will remain steady while the
battery still has a sufficient charge. When the battery level becomes low,
the Blue Indicator Light will slowly flash, warning you that you need to
charge after use. When the Blue Indicator Light starts flashing rapidly
the battery is drained and the knife will no longer run until it is recharged.
NEVER place your hand over the blade to support it while operating this
knife. The Blades are designed to slide back and forth for cutting.

Care & Cleaning
1.
Before cleaning any part of the appliance,
ensure the Lock/Unlock Button is in the
Lock position (Figure 8), unplug the
Charging Cord and remove the blades.
2.
Wash the blades in warm, soapy water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the
Motor Housing with a clean, damp cloth.
Dry all parts thoroughly with a dry cloth
before next use.
3.
DO NOT use any abrasive or corrosive
cleanser to clean any part of the appliance
as it may harm the unit enclosure and
internal components.
4. The Storage Pouch can be washed and
warm soapy water and allowed to air dry
thoroughly.
5.
Use only with Charging Cord provided
with this appliance. Do not attempt to
use the Charging Cord with any other
product. Likewise, do not attempt to
charge this appliance with any other
Charging Cord.
6.
Any other servicing should be performed
by an authorized service representative.
WARNING: Do not immerse the Motor Housing in water, any liquids or place
it under running water.
