Assembling Your Electric Knife

Your Wolfgang Puck Electric Knife comes with
two blade sets:
Serrated Blade:
Use the Serrated Blade for bread, delicate
pastries and desserts, as well as meat and
poultry.
Flat Blade:
Use the Flat Blade with support piece for
slicing fruits, vegetables, cheeses and fish.
WARNING:
The blade sets are extremely sharp. Always
handle by the side opposite the cutting edge,
or by the Blade Guards (Figure 2).
Always ensure the unit is unplugged and your
hand is not engaging the On/Off Button or
Lock/Unlock Safety switch when removing or
inserting blades, or when the knife is not in
use.

Choose the desired blades.
2.
Always ensure the blades are not separated.
If the blades are separated, slide the rivet
on one blade into the keyhole slot in the
other blade until they are locked together
(Figure 3). Do not combine different blade
sets.

Hold the blades together by the Blade
Guards with the cutting edge facing down.
Slide into the Motor Housing. Make sure
both Left blade and right blade click into
place (Figure 4).
WARNING: Always use both blades in each
blade set. Never operate the knife with only
one blade.

Disassembling Your Electric Knife

1.
Before disassembling your electric knife, ensure the appliance is
unplugged.
2.
Firmly press the Blade Release Buttons simultaneously on both sides of
the Motor Housing. While holding the buttons in, grasp the Blade Guards
then carefully pull until the blades are out of the Motor Housing (Figure 5).
3.
Carefully separate the blades by sliding apart to disengage the holding
rivet from the keyhole (Figure 1).
