  • Page 22 Note: With vacuum application, a fixturing device can be dispensed with. 8�2 Connection Connection of a TW02 connector without accessories Î Be careful to place the connector straight up to the stop onto the test piece (Figure 1 and Figure 2). Doing so will prevent any damage to the front seal caused by any sharp edges on the test piece and ensure a correct connection.

  • Page 24 Operating instructions 8�3 Disconnection Disconnection of a TW02 connector without accessories Î After completing the test process and thorough venting of the media line, disconnect the connector. Caution: First depressurize the system before releasing the connection. Î Depressurize the pilot pressure line. The front seals (Pos. 7) are relaxed, the connec- tion to the test piece is released and the connector can be removed straight backwards.
