8. Starter motor struggles to crank
• POSSIBLE CAUSES
Battery discharge/ weak
Battery not fully charged
Loose connection
Malfunctioning of starter switch
Starter relay not working
Starter Motor defective
9. Horn not working Horn sound not proper
• POSSIBLE CAUSES
Ignition Key is OFF
Battery discharge
Loose connection
Fuse Blown
Incorrect screw adjustment
10. No Fuel Indication/ Improper fuel
• POSSIBLE CAUSES
Ignition Key is OFF
Loose Connection
Fuel sensor defective
Battery discharge
• ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
Ensure the Battery voltage is more than 12.4 volt
During cranking it should not be below 6 volt
Ensure the all the connectors are firmly connected with wiring
Check & replace
Check & replace
Check starter motor for any obstruction
• ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
Keep Ignition Key in ON condition
It should be more than 12.4 volt, Charge if required
Ensure all the connectors are connected with wiring
Replace if found blown
Set the horn by adjusting screw
• ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN
Keep Ignition Key in ON condition
It should be more than 12.4 volt, charge if required
Ensure the all the connectors are connected with the wiring
Check the resistance of Fuel level sensor, replaced if found faulty
