Read the User Instructions carefully before use.
Always take basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to safeguard against the risk of
fire, electric shock or personal injury.
WARNING:
Supervise the product carefully when it is used by, or near children. Children must be supervised to
ensure they do not play with the product.
Do not immerse the product or charger in liquid – risk of electric shock.
Do not place the product in or near naked flames or flammable objects – risk of explosion.
Do not use the product if the power cord or plug are damaged, if it is not working properly, after it
has been dropped, or if the product is damaged in any other way. Return the product to an
authorised service centre to be checked, repaired or adjusted.
Be careful with the power cord. Do not carry or pull the charger by the power cord. Do not pull the
power cord to unplug the plug. Keep the power cord away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or worktop, or to come into contact
with hot surfaces. The product should be placed at a safe distance from sink units and hot
surfaces.
Do not use an extension cord. Connect the charger directly to a power outlet.
Do not expose the product to pressure or strain – risk of permanent material damage.
The charger must not be used together with another product. The battery must only be charged
with the charger recommended by the manufacturer.
Unplug the charger cord before cleaning and maintenance.
Make sure that the product is fully charged when it is not in use. If the product is fully charged it can
be stored for up to 3 months before the battery will go flat. The product must not be stored for more
than 6 months without being charged – risk of damaging the battery.
Always charge the product immediately after using it.
Never point the torch at the eyes of people or animals.
Used batteries must be recycled in accordance with local regulations.
