Transport, packaging, storage

5.1 Transport

Check the Electric trolley after delivery for visible trans-
port damage. If you discover any damage, immediately
report it to the transport company or the dealer.
NOTE!
Protect the electric trolley from moisture.

5.2 Packaging

All used packaging materials and packaging aids are
recyclable and should be taken to a materials recycling
depot to be disposed of..
The delivery packaging is made of cardboard, so
please dispose carefully by having it chopped up and
given to the recycling collection.
The film is made of polyethylene (PE) and the cushioned
parts of polystyrene (PS). These materials should be ta-
ken to a collection point for recyclable materials or to the
local waste disposal company.

5.3 Storage

Oil the Electric Trolley and store it in a frost-free and dry
environment. Do not put anything on the electric trolley.

Assembly and connection

7.1 Assembly

Use Head protection!
Use safety gloves!
Use safety boots!
Use protection clothing!
The electric chassis can be adapted to the width of the
beam (rail width 74 - 140 mm).
ATTENTION!
Risk of crushing!
Incorrect work on the electric chassis can cause

injury to fingers and hands.
- Note the weight of the electric landing gear when pla-

cing the guide rollers on the carrier. Pay attention to a
stable support of the guide rollers

Step1: Check the trolley for damage.

Step 2: Measure the width of the steel girder.

Step 3: Set the desired dimension for the position of the
guide rollers according to the width of the steel
beam using the spacers.Note a lateral cle-
arance of about 3 to 5 mm between the wheel
flanges and the carrier tread..
Step 4: Place the landing gear on the carrier.
Step 5: Install transport path limitations to prevent the
landing gear from rolling over the carrier.
