2.8 Check

Periodic inspections of the equipment, cranes and sup-

full load, dusty or aggressive environment.
The entry in the crane test book must be made via re-
pairs and tests carried out.

Intended use
The electric trolley must only be used for transport von
attached loads up to the specified maximum load on a
suitable steel girder. The starting and ending position of
the transport path must be secured with travel limits
(stops).
The electric trolley may only be operated by trained

no reasonably foreseeable misuse is possible, which
could lead to dangerous situations with personal injury.

3.2 Residual risks

Even if all safety regulations are observed a residual risk
in the operation of the of the trolley will remain, as des-
cribed below.
All persons working with the trolley must be aware of
these residual risks and follow the instructions which
prevent any accidents or damage caused by these re-
sidual risks:
- Risk of crushing while equipment is operating.
- During set-up and adjustment works it may be-
come necessary to remove safety devices in-stal-
led by the customer. This causes different re-si-
dual risks and hazard potentials each operator
must be aware of.
