7.2 Electrical connection

DANGER!
Danger to life due to electric curren!
There is an imminent danger of life in case of con-
tact with life components by electrocution..
- The Elektro-Trolley must only be connected by a
quali-fied electrician.
- Work on the electrical system may only be carried
out by qualified electricians.
Step 1: Check whether the mains voltage corresponds
to the voltage indicated on the type plate.
ATTENTION!
Devices with 400 V / 3-phase connection have a
phase sequence protection device: If the phase
sequence is incorrect, the power supply is automati-
cally interrupted.
Step 2: Connect the power cord to the mains.
Step 3: Press the buttons on the control bar and check
the functions of the electric trolley and its ease
of movement.
Step 4: If the electric landing gear does not move
(phase sequence protection device is active),
correct the phase sequence.

7.3 Operating conditions

The work area must be dry, fire and explosion proof and
free of corrosive and toxic substances.
Dangerous goods such as liquid, toxic or radioactive
materials may not be lifted or moved with the trolley.
The electric trolley must not be operated outdoors in the
rain.

Inspection, maintenance and repair

8.1 Care by cleaning

The electric trolley must always be kept clean.
Use protective gloves!
NOTE!
Never use strong cleaning agents for any cleaning ta-
sks. This may damage or destroy the device.
All plastic and lacquered surfaces should be cleaned
using a soft, damp cloth and a neutral cleaning agent.
Remove any excess lubricant or leaked oil using a dry,
lint-free cloth.
8.2 Inspection, maintenance and repair
ATTENTION!
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried
out by qualified personnel.
If increased wear is detected during regular checks,
shorten the required maintenance intervals according to
the actual signs of wear. If you have questions about
maintenance work and intervals, contact the manufactu-
rer. The contact details can be found in chapter 1.2 Cu-
stomer Service.
All protection and safety equipment must be reinstalled
immediately after completion of repair and maintenance
work.
Maintenance Schedule
If increased wear is detected during regular checks,
shorten the required maintenance intervals according to
the actual signs of wear.
Step 1: Lubricate all moving parts of the electric trolley
(gearbox, bearings) with high-quality grease. Oil
the chain well
Step 2: Check the trolley for external damage before
each use.
Step 3: Make sure that all safety instructions on the
electric trolley are clearly legible.
