use a propane appliance such as the stove or furnace, turn on the LP Gas switch on the Control Panel (LP
stands for Liquid Propane). After a few seconds, the solenoid will open, then you can use propane
appliances. If the propane system has run completely empty, we suggest that you light the stove and let
it run for about 30 seconds before turning on the furnace or hot water heater. We recommend that you
turn the LP Gas switch off when the RV is in motion.

The ModVans CV1 comes standard with 3-person 2
configurations: Camp Mode, Transport Mode, and Dinette Mode. The components of the 2
are the driver's side captain's chair with cupholders, passenger's side captain's chair, middle seat (which
mounts over the cupholders), mounting plates, and mounting plate attachment bolts.
In Camp Mode, passengers sit against the driver's side of the van and face the passenger side slider
door. There are four possible layouts in Camp Mode:
1. Driver's side captain's chair with cupholders only.
2. Driver's side captain's chair with attached middle seat.
3. Passenger's side captain's chair only.
4. All three seats installed.
In Transport Mode, passengers face forward as in a typical SUV or minivan. Transport Mode has the
same four possible layouts.
In Dinette Mode, only the passenger's side captain's chair is used, and it is mounted further back, just in
front of the driver's side storage cabinet. An optional dinette table can be mounted between it and the
front row seats, which can be swiveled to face backwards and use the table.
In Camp or Transport Mode, the middle seat can be installed to allow 3-person seating or removed to
reveal cup holders. To remove the middle seat:
1. Pull the loop on the driver side captain's chair's right shoulder
2. Lean the middle seatback forward to disengage the seatback from the driver side captain's chair
3. Pull the loop under the middle seat
4. Lift the middle seat bottom to disengage the bottom part of the seat
5. With the seatback and bottom disengaged, remove the middle seat

Because the propane tank is large compared to the demands
typically placed on it, a reasonable strategy is to fill your tank
before (or at the start of) your trip, then check the level every
few days. The propane level gauge is a round dial on the left
side of the propane tank.
The propane system is controlled by a solenoid (electrical
valve) that is attached to a combination CO and propane
detector. If the detector senses CO or propane, the solenoid
will automatically be closed to shut off the propane system. To
