This chapter contains descriptions of the operating elements of your Pocket PC
as well as information about how to use it.
Please take note of the information in the "Important notes" chapter of the easy guide.
Using the profiles of your Pocket PC
► Press and hold the End key to call up the profiles.
Default profiles provide convenient access to frequently used system settings, tailored to
the particular way in which you are using the device. With the aid of these profiles you
can control power consumption or the radio modules of your device. You can also use
profiles to control data behaviour and the acoustic/visual behaviour.
The default profiles can be modified by clicking on Menu - Edit.

If you would like to switch off the vibration function as well as the system tones,
you can activate silent mode by pressing and holding the star key.

Description
The Pocket PC is switched to Standby mode.
The Pocket PC is completely switched off. (even
alarm calls will not work!)
All radio modules (telephone, WLAN, Bluetooth)
are deactivated. The Pocket-PC is operated as
a handheld only.
Deactivates or activates the e-mail push function.
Mode for loud environments. The volume of
acoustic signals is increased.
Acoustic signals are switched off. Vibration
function is active.
The volume of the acoustic signals corresponds
to the standard volume of the device.
Depending on the profile selected, the CPU
speed, display brightness, keyboard lighting and
LED display can be adjusted accordingly.
Switches the Pocket PC to Bluetooth handsfree
(optional).
