TROUBLESHOOTING
The air purifier may malfunction due to lack of familiarity and minor causes even though the product is not
broken. Check the following in such a circumstance to resolve the issue easily without assistance from the
service center. If the problem persists after checking the items below, please contact the service center.
Symptom
No air is coming
out.
The air speed
does not change.
The air speed
has weakened
considerably.
The air quality
does not change.
There is a bad
smell coming
our of the air
outlet.
The air quality
indicator is
flashing.

Checkpoint
• Is the power cord plugged in?
• Are all the indicators off?
• Is there a power outage?
• Is the smart mode indicator on?
• Is the silent mode indicator on?
• Has the filter cleaning or
replacement time passed?
• Is there dirt on the area where the
air quality sensor is located?
• Does the air quality remain at High?
• Does the air quality remain at Low?
• Has the filter cleaning or
replacement time passed?
• Contact the service center.
• Check the problem, unplug the power cord, and contact the service center.
• Is horizontality on the front and
back different?
• In the Front Focus/Rear Indirect
mode, are the gaps on the left and
right different?
Measures to take
Plug the power cord into a
220 V- 240 V~ 50 Hz, 60 Hz outlet.
Press the power button and select
the desired function.
Use the product after the electricity
is restored.
Speed selection is available only in
manual mode (normal).

product, there is difference in
inclination. Change to the Front Focus

Full Circulation mode.
Although inclination and gaps may
exist, there is no degradation or
abnormality in product performance.
