ERROR CODE
If an error code as shown below appears while using the product, check the cause of the error and
operate according to the guide.
- Hall sensor
It is displayed when the fan motor signal is not detected for more than
a certain period of time (6 seconds) during product operation.
Fans and motors stop and power turns off.

Turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and plug it back in again
for operation.
- Fan motor rotation
It is displayed when the fan motor speed difference of 100RPM or
more is maintained for 10 minutes. Fans and motors stop and power
turns off.

- Dust sensor
If the communication does not last for more than 10 seconds or the
fan of the dust sensor does not operate while using the product, the
air quality display lights up blue and E3 appears.

- Up and down motion of directional airflow panel
It is displayed when the up and down motion of the directional
airflow panel (step motor 1) is not normal.

It is a temporary interference and can be solved by pressing the mode
or circulation button.
- Front and rear motion of directional airflow panel
It is displayed when the front and rear motion of the directional
airflow panel (step motor 2) is not normal.
