Synchronize data

1. Switch on the sync function of the "USB connection"
device.
2. Connect the device to the computer with USB cable
3. Computer recognizes the device as a new hard drive,
then locate the "fit activity" folder and copy the files
in the folder to the computer
4. Load the activity file (.fit) in www.strava.com,
to display the data
