Your Monarch TESLA scooter is a battery-operated mobility vehicle. Please exercise caution and consideration when you are operating it. If the charging indicator (red) turns to green (fully charged) immediately： The battery may be already charged. The battery may be worn out and will not accept a charge. Replace battery.
