The RD WORKS GD9315BCW-NP heater may not be heating properly due to several possible reasons:

1. Incorrect Mode Selection – Ensure the heater is set to High Mode (1500W) or Low Mode (1000W) for proper heating. If in ECO mode, the heater adjusts power automatically to maintain 68℉ (20℃), which may not provide continuous high heat.

2. Temperature Setting – Check if the desired temperature is set correctly. The heater will turn off once the room reaches the set temperature and cycle on and off to maintain it.

3. Obstructed Ventilation – Blocked air intakes or exhaust openings can reduce heating efficiency. Ensure the heater is placed on a hard surface without obstructions.

4. Power Supply Issues – Ensure the heater is plugged directly into a 120V AC outlet without using an extension cord or power strip, as these can reduce power delivery.

5. Safety Features Activated – If the heater detects overheating or an issue, it may temporarily shut down or reduce heating. Allow it to cool and restart.

6. Fan Delay Feature – When turning off, the fan runs for 3 minutes to emit remaining heat. If the heater does not resume heating afterward, check the settings.

Checking these factors should help identify and resolve the heating issue.
