- Page 2 The GRKFD04 installation kit allows for the retention of the vehicle’s steering wheel controls and helps maintain the original aesthetic of the interior when installing a new car stereo. The GRKFD04 gives you everything you need for a complete install in one box. The components of this kit are compatible for the Ford Transit (V363, 2015-2021) with factory stereos.
- Page 3 FITTING GUIDE STEREO REMOVAL 1. Use a panel removal tool to lever off the top dash cover which is held in place by x12 locator clips. 2. Remove the 2x torx screws found at the top of the main fascia, and using a panel removal tool, pry away the entire panel, disconnecting the hazard switch connector in the process.
- Page 4 FITTING GUIDE FASCIA PLATE SET-UP CONT’D 4. Once all of the metal clips have been seen to, proceed to attach the remaining 4x plastic clips to long locator posts on the back of the new fascia. 5. Attach the brackets to either side of the radio using the 4x screws within the kit. Once attached, roughly test fit the radio and bracket combination in relation to the new fascia, doing this, you can best measure whether the brackets need moving forwards/backwards.
