The GRKBM02 installation kit allows for the retention of the vehicle’s steering wheel controls and maintains the original aesthetic of the interior when installing a new car stereo. The GRKBM02 gives you everything you need for a complete install in one box. The components of this kit are compatible for the BMW 1 Series (E81/82/87/88) (2007-2013) with non-amplified BMW Business Professional stereos. - Page 3 FITTING GUIDE STEREO REMOVAL 1. Use a bojo tool to pry away and unclip the middle trim panel above the main radio. 2. Using the bojo tool again, pry away the plastic panel holding the air controls & button panel. Once out, proceed to disconnect any/all wiring from behind.
