Port Forwarding

It is possible to control the Body Worn Camera and view its video remotely through an internet
connection. One way of achieving this is through port forwarding on a router that is connected to
the internet and also connected to the camera.
As many internet enabled routers are capable of providing this gateway, the settings and control
interface will differ dependant on manufacturer and model.
The example below shows a router's NAT/PAT (Network Address Translation/Port Address
Translation) configured to forward port 8080 (the HTTP port) and port 554 (the RTSP port) of the
camera which has an IP address of 192.168.1.194
