1. The sound is low or completely silent.
1.1 Make sure both your audio device and the speaker are charged.
1.2 Make sure the connection (either Bluetooth or AUX) is fully functioning and secure. If you are using
the AUX port check the cable is inserted properly to both the speaker and your audio device.
1.3 Ensure the correct mode has been selected depending on the connection type.
1.4 Ensure the volume wheel on your Max is set to a reasonable level.
1.5 Ensure the volume of the audio source is set to a reasonable level.
1.6 Check that your audio device is playing an audible music track.
2. The audio does not sound 'right'.
2.1 Ensure the bass and treble controls have been adjusted to your taste
3. The pairing instructions in this manual do not work for my device.
3.1 Please consult the user guide for your audio device to find the correct pairing instructions.
4. The speaker cannot find my device.
4.1 Ensure the Bluetooth is switched on and not hidden on your audio device.
4.2 Make sure that the speaker is not paired to another device (is the blue LED flashing).
If it is paired (the blue LED is on continuously) touch the Blue tooth symbol on the top of the speaker.
5. The person on the other end of my call cannot hear me or I cannot hear him / her.
5.1 Make sure your device is paired correctly to the speaker.
5.2 Make sure the volume is turned up on both the speaker and phone.
5.3 Make sure there is no obstruction to the microphone.
