4 Pull the battery back towards the bottom
part of the handset to ensure that the
battery is in good contact with the
handset.
5 Place the battery door on the phone and
slide it up to lock shut.
Please refer to the illustrations for the correct
battery installation.
Note: Please switch the handset off before
removing the battery to prevent data loss.

battery charging
New batteries are not
fully charged. Open the
protective cover on your
phone's accessory
connector port, then
insert the battery
charger plug into the accessory connector
port on the side of your phone as shown, and
plug the other end into an electrical outlet.
Your phone might take several seconds to
start charging the battery, and might require
several hours to charge fully. The display
shows Charge Complete when finished.
Tip: Relax, you can't overcharge your battery.
It will perform best after you fully charge and
discharge it a few times.
Note: You can charge the battery when the
phone is off or the battery is completely
discharged.
