Detaching the Battery

Ensure that the phone is powered off before attempting to detach the
battery.

Press the battery cover release button and slide the battery cover away
from the antenna.

Remove the battery by pushing the battery toward the antenna and lift-
ing out of the phone.

Charging the Battery

NOTE: Before you use the
the battery for at least three hours with the phone powered off.
After the initial charging, the battery can be charged more
quickly.
1 Make sure your i3000plus phone's keypad is facing up.

Plug the accessory connector into the bot-
tom of the i3000plus phone.
