The playback section was designed to take advantage of the playback features in the Elation Lighting software programs. There are “A”, “B” and “C” buttons above each playback fader. The function of each button will vary depending on the software that you are using. -

The following is a brief summary of how to use MIDIcon™ with the Elation’s Emulation lighting software. The first time you use MIDIcon™ with Emulation you will need to select it as your MIDI controller. Make sure the controller is turned on before you start Emulation. The following messages can be sent to MIDIcon™ by the software to control the states of the LEDs and displays. The MIDIcon™ will control the LEDs and page displays on power up. As soon as any valid LED control message is received, MIDIcon™ will defer all LED control to external software. -
