Monitor Out to AVR Screen
(Figure 21)
This screen is shown only if an A/V Receiver is the device
being added or edited. The Monitor Out to AVR screen
allows you to select the input on the A/V Receiver that is
connected to the Monitor Output of the HDTV Receiver.
This connection also allows recording of signals from the
HDTV Receiver monitor output through the A/V Receiver
to an analog VCR .

Monitor Out to VCR Screen
(Figure 22)
This screen is shown only if an A/V Receiver is not
connected and a VCR is being added or edited. This
connection allows recording of signals from the HDTV
Receiver via monitor output to an analog VCR directly. The
Monitor Out to VCR screen confirms the connection.

AVR to VCR Connection Screen
(Figure 23)
This screen displays only when an AV Receiver is connected
and a VCR is the device being added or changed. The
AVR to VCR Connection screen allows you to confirm the
connection of the A/V Receiver's record output to the VCR's
line input. This connection allows recording of signals
from the HDTV Receiver Monitor output, through the A/V
Receiver, to an analog VCR.
Only one VCR can be used for this type of recording by
NetCommand. This is true when using both a legacy VCR
and the analog side of a Digital VCR. When connecting
cables from the A/V Receiver to the VCR, select the
VCR which will then be used for all analog recordings by
NetCommand. Ensure that this screen is correctly checked
for the only device connected to the A/V Receiver.
