conditions of use IBRUSH is a machine for cleaning small exhaust ducts and extraction hoods. Suitable accessories must be provided for each duct. It includes a 7.5 metre hose so that 15 metres of pipe can be cleaned from a single point on the pipe. This equipment performs dry or wet cleaning, generating and applying active foam that is subsequently rinsed with water. -

control panel Main control panel: General Switch Switching the equipment on and off. Actuates the motor of the planing machine so that its rotational Left Turn movement is counterclockwise. Stop General shutdown of any system in operation. Drives the motor of the planing machine so that its rotational Right Turn movement is clockwise. -

- Page 15 operating instructions Steps for a correct installation of your IBRUSH: Placement of your IBRUSH: Place your IBRUSH on a smooth and stable surface. Connection to the mains: The connection is made by means of the electrical connection cable supplied with the equipment. This cable consists of a standard connection to the mains.
- Page 16 operating instructions Connection of your IBRUSH with the IFOAM COMPACT equipment: The IBRUSH equipment must be used in combination with the IFOAM equipment for its operation. This connection is made by means of the low pressure hose incorporated in the IFOAM equipment. The connection must be made with both units switched off.

Page 19: Switching On The Equipment
operating instructions Selection of the function to be performed: Switching on the equipment: Switch on your IBRUSH by pressing the on/off button. The LED strip will turn green up to the section that corresponds to the minimum speed of the brush rotation, with intensity increases and decreases. - Page 20 operating instructions Brush rotation to the left: Pressing this button activates the counter-clockwise rotation of the brush. The LED strip will light up progressively from right to left, going up to the selected speed and back, remaining in continuous movement. Right-hand brush rotation: Pressing this button activates the clockwise rotation of the brush.

The LED strip will light up progressively from right to left, going up to the selected speed and back, remaining in continuous movement.

operating instructions Stopping the equipment: Press the stop button to end the function being performed by the equipment. The LED strip will turn green up to the section proportional to the selected rotation speed, indicating that the equipment is paused awaiting orders. - Page 24 operating instructions Steps for a correct shutdown of your IBRUSH: Disconnection of your IBRUSH with the IFOAM COMPACT equipment: Disconnect the liquid hose from your IFOAM. Disconnect the liquid connection hose of your IFOAM from your IBRUSH equipment. Disconnection from the mains: Disconnect the mains cable and store it in the device holder.

It should be placed in its normal working position (vertical) and the brakes on the front wheels should be applied. It is not advisable to place the machine on a transport pallet or similar.

After you have finished using your IBRUSH equipment it is important to clean the liquid circuit of the equipment by rinsing.
