Both HearLink 3 aids stopped working at the same time, and won’t pair with my phone. When I tap “pair hearing aids” on the app, the volume and control screen blips on for 1/2 second, then defaults back to the “pairing screen”. I’ve restarted Bluetooth and the hearing aids several times with no luck, replaced the wax filters too.

Philips HearLink 2 hearing aids can be charged using a desktop charger or an optional travel charger. If you forget to charge them overnight, a 30-minute charge provides about 6 hours of battery life. The travel charger has a built-in battery that stores up to three full days of charge, allowing you to charge the hearing aids on the go without needing a power outlet.
