Before connecting the appliance to the mains, check that the type of current and the mains voltage
correspond to the specifications on the appliance's rating plate.

• After removing the packaging material, checking that the delivery is
complete and that there are no defects in the appliance, place the
appliance on a horizontal, stable, non-slip and heat-resistant surface.
• Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the pusher, the
ejector disc and the working discs thoroughly with warm water and a mild
commercial detergent and then dry everything well. These parts can be
washed in the sink, do not use a dishwasher!
• Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth (possibly
with mild detergent) and then dry with a soft cloth or remove any
