    1.2 Einleitung Danke, dass Sie sich für die LEAKWATCH von EPA entschieden haben! Dieses Dokument wird von der Firma EPA GmbH zur Verfügung gestellt und ist eine Hilfestellung zur Installation des Zertifikates und der anschließenden Installation eines digital signierten Treibers für den Betrieb der Messkarte LW-MK3 und LW-MK3plus unter dem Microsoft Betriebssystem Windows 10.

    Treiberinstallation Hardwaretreiber und Zusatzdateien Der Pfad zum Hardwaretreiber für die Messkarte LW-MK3 / LWMK3plus des Ableitstrom Mess- und Analysesystems LEAKWATCH sieht standardmäßig wie folgt aus (kann ggf. abweichen): C:\Program Files (x86)\EPA Leakwatch\Additional\driver_DS In dem Ordner müssen folgende Dateien enthalten sein: EPA.pfx...

    Die Installation der Zertifikatdatei wird in diesem Kapitel beschrieben. Mit ihrer Hilfe wird der Hardwaretreiber digital signiert. Zunächst öffnet man den Ordner, in dem die Zertifikatsdatei (EPA.pfx) gespeichert ist. Der folgende Pfad führt standardmäßig zur Zertifikatsdatei (kann ggf. abweichen): C:\Program Files (x86)\EPA Leakwatch\Additional\driver_DS Mit Doppelklick auf die Datei EPA.pfx...
  • Page 9 Treiberinstallation Weiter gelangt man zum nächsten Fenster (Bild 3.2), in diesem Fenster definiert man den Pfad der zu importierenden Datei. Das ist die Datei EPA.pfx mit ihrem entsprechenden Pfad. Mit Weiter folgt das nächste Fenster.   • Page 10 Treiberinstallation Als Importoption belässt man es bei der Option Alle erweiterten Eigenschaften mit einbeziehen. Anschließend klickt man auf Weiter. Dazu wird der Punkt Alle Zertifikate in folgendem Speicher speichern ausgewählt.
  • Page 11 Treiberinstallation Man klickt auf Durchsuchen, um dann als Zertifikatspeicher Vertrauenswürdige Stammzertifizierungsstellen auszuwählen (Bild 3.5). Nach dem Klicken auf Fertig stellen wird das Zertifikat importiert.

Von hier aus gelangt man zu einem weiteren Fenster, bei dem man eine Liste der verfügbaren Treiber erhalten kann.

    1.2 Introduction Thank you for choosing the LEAKWATCH from EPA! This document is provided by the company EPA GmbH and is an aid to the installation of the certificate and the subsequent installation of a digitally signed driver for the operation of the measuring card LW-MK3 and LW-MK3plus under the Microsoft operating system Windows 10.

    First open the folder where the certificate file (EPA.pfx) is stored. The following path leads to the certificate file by default (may differ): C:\Program Files (x86)\EPA Leakwatch\Additional\driver_DS Double-click on the EPA.pfx file to start the installation process. The Certificate Import Wizard window opens (Figure 3.1).
  • Page 29 Next takes you to the next window (Figure 3.2), in this window you define the path of the file to be imported. This is the file EPA.pfx with its corresponding path. Click on Next to open the next window.. Figure 3.2: Certificate Import Wizard Import window [1] This window (Figure 3.3) is used to protect the private key.
  • Page 30 Driver installation Leave the option Include all extended properties as the import option. Then click on Next. Figure 3.3: Certificate Import Wizard Private Key Protection window [1] Now the certificate store is selected. To do this, select the item Save all certificates in the following memory is selected.
  • Page 31 Driver installation Click Browse, then select Trusted Root Certification Authorities as the certificate store (Figure 3.5). After clicking on Finish, the certificate is imported.

From here you will get to another window where you can get a list of available drivers.
