SOLUTION
◾
Remove the battery pack and reinstall the chain,
making sure that the drive links on the chain are
fully seated on the sprocket.
◾
Loosen the quick chain-tension adjust knob
at least one circle counterclockwise first and
then fully tighten it clockwise until the chain is
correctly tensioned.
◾
Sharpen the chain cutters by a qualified service
technician.
◾
Remove the battery pack and reinstall the saw
chain, following the section "REPLACING THE
BAR AND CHAIN".
◾
Remove the battery pack and replace the chain
