Connect an SC-type, single-mode cable to the SMF Port on the MIL-1225LS. 2. Connect an SC-type, multi-mode cable to the MMF Port on the device. Note: A hybrid cable is recommend to compensate for the DMD (Differential Mode Delay) issue associated with gigabit speeds and some multi-mode fibers.
