    MC-V9634-00 3 SERVICE PROCEDURES - POWER NOZZLE 3.1. HEADLIGHT BULB 3.1.1. Bulb Removal & Replacement 1. Press in and lift at the same time on one side of the light cover to release the locking tab, then remove cover and light lens.

  • Page 11 MC-V9634-00 3.4.2. Agitator Assembly Replacement 1. Remove light cover and light lens, (see Bulb Removal & Replacement). 2. Remove nozzle cover, (see Belt Removal & Replacement). 3. Remove old agitator assembly. 4. Discard the old agitator assembly. 5. Replace new agitator.

    MC-V9634-00 4 SERVICE PROCEDURES - CANISTER 4.1. Canopy Cover The canopy cover has a place on each of the four (4) corners where it is locked in place. 4.1.1. Removal 1. Place a very small flat blade screwdriver under the side corner as indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

    MC-V9634-00 4.4. CARBON BRUSH 4.4.1. Removal 1. Complete brush change on one side before starting on the other side. 2. There are two (2) brushes located on the motor as identified in the illustration below. 3. Remove the brush assembly by using a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the brush holder onto the motor.
