1. Loosen lug nuts on the wheel of the tractor/truck.
Jack the tractor/truck off the ground enough to 1)
support the vehicle with a jack stand of suitable
capacity and 2) slide the Tractor Tire Handler (Fork
Option) under the wheel. Depending on size of
tire, slide rollers from side to side, centering the
wheel between the rollers on the Tractor Tire
Handler for even weight distribution.
(Image 1)
NOTE: Rollers must be in symmetrical positions on
the tool in order to keep load centered and stable.
Example: If one roller is all the way to the inside so
should the other.
2. The side wall of the tire must be pressed firmly
against the face of the Tractor Tire Handler (Fork
Option). Once in position, use the fork lift to
raise the rollers up to the tire, applying a slight
amount of pressure. Attach the safety strap
to ensure a stable load and operator safety.
Finish removing lug nuts from wheel.
(Image 2)
NOTE: Use tire adjustment bars for different size
tires. Modify adjustments for best fit of wheel. Keep
symetrical.
3. Remove wheel from tractor/truck by reversing
fork lift and driving the Tractor Tire Handler (Fork
Option) and wheel straight backwards off of the
axle. After the removal of the Tractor Tire Handler
(Fork Option) and wheel, rest on floor to prevent
undesired movement of the tool and wheel.

4. To assemble wheel back onto axle, adjust the wheel position vertically using the fork lift and
radially using the long wrench on the end of the rollers. Once aligned, assemble lug nuts
back onto the wheel. Disassemble safety strap from wheel and lower Tractor Tire Handler
(Fork Option). Remove Tractor Tire Handler (Fork Option) from beneath the tractor/truck.
