D128R Service
NOTE: Before you start, make sure the unit is clicking.
Step 1: Unscrew and remove the lid. It's helpful to have
a Strap Wrench (Part #: TOOL01).
Step 2: Grab the metal wishbone and pull the piston
straight out.
Step 3: Set the blue body aside and inspect the
wishbone (Part #: MP014) on the top. If anything is
broken or missing, replace.

D128R Service Step 4: Inspect the actuator springs (Part #: M009) on the bottom. If anything is broken or missing, replace. Step 5: Unscrew and remove the stem.

D128R Service Step 7: Unscrew the gray hose nut if it isn’t already removed. Step 8: Remove the bottom seal located in between the black stem and the cap.

D128R Service Step 13: Carefully insert the piston assembly into the body, pressing it in as far as it will go. Step 14: To finish up, thread the lid on and hand tighten.
